RedVenom.co.uk Launch Double Super Sprint Triathlon

The redVenom.co.uk Super sprint is a new concept in Triathlon. You will be required to compete a 400m swim, 9km cycle and 2.25km run twice during the day. The event is held on a closed road circuit at Hetton Lyons Park, DH5 9

AM - Three heats, the results of which will determine which final you take part in.

PM - C Final - B Final - A Final - Grand Final. Prizes will be given for the first three Males and Females from the Grand Final. Age group prizes for U20, open, 40-50, 50+. Male and Female calculated by totalling heat + Final times (the first three Males and Females from the grand final will not be eligible for these prizes).
